Once upon a time, the Grim Reaper carried out his work as the right hand of Beran Setaou, God of Dissolution: he took what Bahar-Taraji, Goddess of Creation gave and what Baljit-Elvedin, God of Conservation, sought to protect – life. After the battle between the two brother gods and the banishing of Beran-Setaou, the Grim Reaper remained loyal to his position.

Even today, he brings innumerable victims to his God in a dark vault deep underground. The cries of the tormented souls echo through the infinite darkness and beget unimaginable terrors.

After the large battle in the Demon Tower, where the Grim Reaper seemed to dissolve with a bloodcurdling scream before your very eyes, the heroes of the three kingdoms thought they had bested their adversary. But how can a fight against death itself ever have an end? The Grim Reaper used his dark powers to gather new legions around him. Whilst he fed on the souls of the damned, he swore himself some bitter revenge.

Before the warriors could wash the blood from their blades, a deep rumble rose from the depths of the world and ascended into an ear-bursting thunder. Full of apprehension, the comrades fought their way back out and were met with an inferno: a deep tear had seared the earth, flames and black smoke rising from the rift. On the surface the screams of the tormented souls protruding.
